[1] You must be level 70th
[2] A character can only summon the Headless Horseman once per day but it is possible to kill him several times if anyone in the group have not done the quest that day.
[3] The event is easy and possible to do the pick-up group without getting angry and irritated.
There is a quest chain for this that takes only minutes to do but there is no need. If you are going to Scarlet Monastery, you might as well do the quest because it gives you some free gold. The first questet is picking up in all major cities and called Masked Orphan Matron (Horde) or costumed Orphan Matron (ally). This quest will send you to one of the smaller villages that are outside your factions (ally or horde) cities. After you have submitted questet you get a new - Fire Training - which means you should put out some fires with water. Be sure to check where the fires are (are described in questlog) so that you do not do that and I wander in the wrong place. Do this quest and return to the one who gave you the quest. If you wait a few minutes you will be able to accept a third quest - Stop The Fire!. Now you have to extinguish fires in the village for real! Take water from the tub just as you did in the previous quest and running back and forth between the water tub and the fire where it burns. You need not worry about being alone on putting out the great fire, as many do this quest. When the fire goes out, you can submit questet and take up next, which sends you to Scarlet Monastery with the task to summon Headless Horseman. As previously mentioned, he is in the Graveyard section (left entrance).
How do you kill this rascal? The tank tanks him, the healer heals all and dps running at full speed. When the boss is dead, his head pop off and fly away and the group should give full dps on the skull. After a while, will head back to the body and the Headless Horseman has now been 100% HP. Repeat what you just did and beat on the head when it flies around until it reaches 0%. Only then is the fight won.
