Transferring Clan Leadership after Ban

The forum users on the offzial board lost the topic, they only talk about items in the CWH, but thats not the topic, NCsoft can delete all items in CWH that is not the problem.

In case of my death, I have a sealed envelope with Akjosch's login data and a short description on how to use them and what to do, to be handed to my surviving brothers.

A clan leader dying isn't a problem as long as said clan leader acted responsibly.

They just ask for not delete the clan, but about CWH they can delete. coz many say to delete that big clans.

VTR/Pellegri/Malda and many more say that they dont care for the items.
ppl what write about items and care for it are sercatum and other unknown ppl what not in big clans.

I was wondering about what sercatum means too. But Im not on official server for a long time, so I dont know how things work that well.

If every single one of u went to the official forum and said we just want the clan back, take everything else and we go on with a new leader, they would do it and everyone would support u.

A big clan is made by players, RS had many clan leaders and laren is just 1 of them.
Clan leadership transfer will be a nice from ncsoft.
I dont say to unban laren, just to change leadership, coz the clan is hold by the members and not the leader only.

And sercatum write all time about $$$, how he know so good about what items worth in RL-money?
I dont know it...
They can delete all items what in CWH is np for the big clans.

yesterday i learned one clan leader died and none can do nothing for the clan, ncsoft said no change clan leader...the members from clan only want let alive the clan for the memory of leader, now none can reactive to his leade...do you think now also they must pay for this???

You say that guy was banned due to an email thing and that's what most people said on the official forum. So the L2 user agreements says that IF they ban one account for some reason, they have the right to ban any other related account, right?

So he had an account banned that shared the same email with his main, right?

what is his explanation on the ban? Cos in the official forum they say he got banned for adena selling or for botting.

In my eyes and if the email thingie is true, he proly got banned for major cheating with a secondary account that shared the same email address with his main. By the fact that his main was also banned, I can only assume that he proly did sth REALLY bad and that's why NC Soft banned another account of his. That's why Im refering to cheating.

Its matter alot if the clan is big.

Coz many ppl made that clan and the clan had diffrent leaders in the past already, also the clan have a long history on the server.

The L2 Community made that clans big and not the leader.

I dont understand why you talk about cheating?
There many other reasons for ban players.

Bobby, Im afraid I will have to agree with Akj.
It doesnt matter if it's a big clan or a smaller one . If someone is breaking the rules for any kind of benefit, he should be banned. If he is a Clan Leader, the same rules should apply. And yes the clan members should be punished cos they allowed him to do that and accepted to help him tho they knew he was risking ruining everything.

Let's see it from another perspective: Clan leader cheats. Clan members go to raids/sieges/ blah blah and the loot goes to ch wh/ castle or whatever. This means that most clan members never got anything, till the right time came. So basically there is nothing to lose, right? I know it's sad, but really u never had all that stuff, they werent yours. So, CL is banned, clan is broken, and the same members create a new one and start over.

ESPECIALLY when talking about BIG lvl 10-11 clans, this wont be difficult, right? They would be just a smaller group by just one person.

That's my personal POV. And please take into account, I have no idea IF or WHO got banned and this topic started in the first place
